We also have financing available which is directly applied to your gas bill if you wish to go that route.  We also direct sale and install at the best price for the best of our brands to our customers.  We also apply for your Ontario Government Rebate and Manufacturers rebates that you are entitled to for switching to a High-Efficiency Central Air Conditioning unit or New High-Efficiency Furnace or Water Heater.

Gas Furnace

The main components of a natural gas furnace include burners and heat exchangers, blowers and controls.  These systems require little to no maintenance.  To maximize your home comfort in the winter months, consider adding a humidifier to increase moisture in the air and reduce static electricity.  When matched with your new Furnace you get cleaner air.

Efficient Furnaces

The efficiency of any furnace is measured in Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE).  The AFUE shows how much of the fuel you pay for is actually turned into usable heat.  The higher the AFUE, the less fuel you'll need to keep your home comfortable.  With 95 and 90 gas furnaces, deliver at least 90% efficiency, far exceeding the government minimum standard of 80 AFUE for new furnaces.  If you have a furnace that is at least 10 years old, it probably has an AFUE somewhere between 60 and 70 - meaning up to 40 cents of every dollar you pay for fuel is wasted.
